“Leo, working with you has never been tough,” Angela said with a bitter smile. “Put on your mask quickly, otherwise your girlfriend might see your true face, and that would be big trouble.”
With that, Leonardo picked up his mask.
“Let me help you put it on,” Angela offered, reaching for the mask first.

Upon hearing Raylee’s voice, he hastily grabbed his mask, placing it over his face.
JAngela wore an awkward expression, her smile strained. “Ms. Somers, are you here to see Leo? Usually, when we’re in the
study, it means we’re discussing important matters. You should have given us a heads up first.”
Raylee let out a snigger.
“Did you hear yourself, Ms. Angela? This is my home. Do I need to notify anyone when I’m walking around? No matter how important the matter you’re discussing is, it’s not a secret. Why are you afraid of me hearing it? What are you implying with such suggestive remarks, Ms. Angela?”
Raylee wasn’t going to indulge her.
She had no intention of starting a romantic rivalry, but she wasn’t just going to stand by and be a pushover.
Angela furrowed her brow as she said, “Ms. Somers, I never said we have any secrets. There’s no need for you to be so dramatic. What I’m trying to say is, staying up this late isn’t good for your health”
“Dramatic? I wonder what the reason for me being dramatic is?” Raylee gave Angela an impassive look. “Should I turn a blind eye when my boyfriend is spending the night alone with another woman? Or when another woman tries to touch my boyfriend’s hand?”
“Ms. Angela, I might be terribly ill, but I’m not blind. My eyesight is perfectly fine. I can see everything I need to clearly” Having been chastised, Angela became somewhat flustered, saying, “Leo, you need to reassure your girlfriend. She’s clearly showing signs of jealousy! She can’t possibly be jealous of our bond, right? We’ve known each other for so many years, practically best friends. Why would I want to touch your hand? Well… to put it bluntly, even if we were lying naked in bed. we’d just be having a conversation. Our relationship couldn’t be any more platonic
Leonardo, who had already put on his mask, glanced up at Angela.

After she was scolded, Angela’s face alternated between anger and embarrassment.
When Raylee gave Angela a piece of her mind, she assumed that Leonardo would scold her for being naive, accusing her of being jealous for no reason.
Surprisingly, he didn’t do that, and the person he reprimanded was Angela.
At that moment, Raylee felt a warmth in her heart. Just as expected, he didn’t let me down!
“Alright, alright, I’m leaving.” Angela said, shaking her head. She then apologized to Raylee, “Im sorry, Ms. Somers, it seems my: actions might have led to a misunderstanding. I hope you won’t mind, and please don’t get the wrong idea about Leo and me. Your health isn’t at its best, you must stay positive.”

I’m not blind. I can tell that she clearly has a thing for you.
Don’t tell me that you didn’t notice anything. Moreover, you’ve shown your face in front of her. She knows what you look like, and so does Halston. It seems like everyone knows your true identity, except me.”
