The second Harrison saw my face, shock flickered through his cold eyes.]]
Before he could speak, Lillian exploded: “Victoria, what the hell gives you the right to use my husband’s full name?“[]
My classmates jumped in like a pack of wolves:[]
“Seriously! Just because Harrison’s being nice doesn’t mean you can disrespect him!“]
“You’re nothing without Lillian! You wouldn’t even exist in his world!“]
“Know your fucking place, you worthless piece of trash!“||
Their hatred bounced off me like rain. I stared directly at Harrison, my voice ice–cold:[]
“Harrison. Did you hear that?“]
“They say I don’t deserve to speak your name.“[]
“What’s your take?“[]
My simple question left him speechless.[]
Lillian completely snapped: “Stop talking to My husband, you disgusting whore! I’ll fucking kill you!“]]
She charged at me, hand raised to strike. But Harrison caught her wrist mid–swing.[]
Lillian’s face went white with disbeilef: “Baby… why are you protecting her?“]]
“Oh my God–she really IS your side piece!“[]
The second those words landed, chaos broke out–our former classmates gawking at me and Harrison in disbelief.[]
“Holy shit, Victoria actually is Harrison’s mistress?“]
“That’s why he’s defending her!“]
“What a disgusting homewrecker–stealing her own classmate’s man!“[]
Harrison walked up to me, his voice dripping with entitlement:
“Fine, Victoria. Since you caught me, no point hiding it anymore.“]
“Every rich man has multiple women. I’m the richest man in Washington–being the official Mrs. Ellsworth, you ought to accept.”
“You’re my real wife. Lillian’s just for show.“]
