Chloe’s face instantly changed.

Julian slowly walked over and sat down in the main chair, carefully smoothing his cuffs. He said softly, “Considering you are Riley’s parents and sister, I’ll give you ten minutes to leave on your own. After ten minutes, everything in this villa, people and belongings, will be thrown out. You choose.”
Her father and mother looked bewildered.

Only Chloe, gritting her teeth with resentment, said defiantly, “Did my sister badmouth me to you? I told you before, my sister is very malicious, and she’s always been jealous of me since childhood. Are you changing your mind just because of a few words from her? Fine, if you trust her so much, then go be with her! Don’t ever come looking for me again!”
“I wanted to be with her. Properly.”

Cups, bowls, and plates shattered everywhere, and food splattered in all directions.
Her aunt and uncle were terrified. “Oh my goodness!”
Julian pointed a finger at Chice. “Before, to pursue you, I had surveillance cameras installed at your house. I was afraid someone would bully you, and I wanted to be able to rush over immediately. But–that day, the surveillance captured the entire conflict between you and Riley! She didn’t even touch you; you pretended to fall and falsely accused her of hitting you!”
Chloe instantly panicked. “When did you install surveillance…?”
“I also hate myself for not verifying it then, for believing your story so easily, and for treating her so cruelly!”
Chloe was flustered, stammering. “I… I also just wanted to…”
“Wanted what?” Julian sneered. “To monopolize your parents‘ affection, to constantly one–up her, or to snatch me from her, to make me your so–called ‘rich simp‘?!”
Chloe had been trying to come up with an excuse.
But when she heard the last sentence, her whole body began to tremble.
He knew.
He knew everything.
He had even heard the private conversations between her and her friends.
“Julian…” Chloe finally realized how scared she was and pleaded cautiously, “I did all this because I loved you too much. I wanted to be with you quickly…”
“Is that so?” Julian scoffed. “I don’t believe a single word you say now!”
“Why, why exactly?” Chloe finally voiced the question in her heart. “Why have you suddenly become like a different person? You clearly hated Riley before, and you loved me, didn’t you?”
“Do you know why I loved you? Perhaps even you don’t know yourself, do you?”
Julian stood up and said coldly, “Because I mistakenly took your sister for you. From the very beginning, I loved Riley. It had nothing to do with
you, Chloe!”
He stood up and commanded coldly, “Max, since they’re unwilling to leave, help them out.”
“Yes, sir!”

Max ordered the men in black behind him, “Clear everything out of this house–people and belongings–within ten minutes!”
