Chapter 53
Narissa threw a fruit pit and nailed one of the men in the leg. He dropped to his knees.
The tiger leapt right over him, missing its target.
Frustrated, it turned to go after someone else.
Still calm, Narissa kept tossing fruit pits at the guys in black. Each hit landed just in time to help them dodge the tiger’s attacks.
All the men were getting pelted, but not the tiger. That really threw them off.
“Did Regality Academy send someone we don’t know to watch our backs?” one of them muttered.
The others weren’t sure but figured maybe.
“But why not just step in and help directly? Why’s this person hitting us and not the tiger?” another whispered.
They didn’t have time to figure it out. The tiger charged again.
Now it was pissed. Everyone looked like a threat. It chased the group like it was out for blood, forcing them to run, jump, and scramble like crazy.
One guy barely dodged a bite to the butt and managed to climb a tree. Then he spotted Narissa.
Narissa didn’t expect anyone to climb into her tree, and now that she was seen, she couldn’t hide anymore.
The guy looked at her and got ready to jump down–he didn’t want to put a student in danger.
But the tiger was already standing up against the tree, ready to pounce if he moved.
“Get up here,” Narissa said, reaching out and pulling him up.
Once he was safe, she grabbed another fruit pit and nailed the tiger on the head. It let out a snarl and ran off after someone else.
“You’ve been up here this whole time, huh? Were you the one throwing those fruit pits?” the guy asked, staring at Narissa in disbelief.
He couldn’t believe the person helping them this whole time was just some girl who looked like she couldn’t hurt a fly.
Narissa gave
him a little smile–then kicked him out of the tree without hesitation.
By the time he picked himself up and looked back, Narissa was already gone.
Now that he knew who’d been helping them, he rushed off to tell the others.
Meanwhile, the tiger had completely lost it. It chased the men nonstop.
One of them slipped and hit the ground hard. The tiger lunged.

Chapter 53
The others watched in horror. They thought he was done for.
Then, out of nowhere, someone landed on the tiger’s back and grabbed its fur.
The tiger stopped mid–bite, trying to shake the person off.
But the grip was too strong. The person hung on tight and punched the tiger hard in the head.
The massive beast collapsed, knocked out cold.
With the danger gone, Narissa sat on the tiger’s back like it was no big deal and looked over at the men–trainers hired by Regality Academy.
“Who are you guys?” she asked casually.
She needed to be sure they didn’t work for Bastien. If they did, The Blood Ruby she’d gone to such lengths to hide might be at risk.
But they quickly replied, “We’re special instructors for Regality Academy.”
That lined up with what Narissa had guessed. Since they weren’t Bastien’s people, she relaxed.
Without saying anything else, she got ready to climb another tree and disappear.
After all, she still had to play the part of a normal student.
The men saw how fast she was and immediately gave chase. Two of them even climbed up the trees to try attacking from above.
But Narissa was quicker. She used their heads and knees like stepping stones and flipped back down to the ground.
Before the two in the trees could react, she had already taken down the three guys on the ground.
As the ones in the trees tried to come down, Narissa kicked one of them straight out of the branches.
The last guy clung to the trunk, frozen.
Narissa laughed and gave the tree a hard kick.
The big tree cracked and snapped in half. The top half flew off with the man still hanging on.
He crashed down in the distance with a loud thud.
Everyone was stunned. They couldn’t believe what they were seeing. To them, Narissa was like a real–life Superwoman.
They’d never expected to run into someone this strong–especially not a girl. Her fighting skills were way beyond theirs. At that moment, they didn’t feel like trainers at all–more like punching bags.
The big guys were left lying on the ground, completely speechless.
“Hey, did anyone catch what she looked like?” one of them asked.
“Nope. It was too dark–I could barely even tell where her eyes or nose were,” another replied.

Chapter 53
“Same here. It’s weird. I think she was pretty, but I seriously can’t picture her face.”
One by one, they all realized they couldn’t remember what Narissa looked like.
Only the guy who saw her up in the tree had gotten a glimpse, but his memory was fuzzy. He’d only seen her for a split second, and now her face was a total blur in his mind.
“We’ve gotta report this to the ship,” someone said. “That girl’s crazy strong.”
They had no choice but to tell Regality Academy. Narissa had knocked out a wild tiger and wiped the floor with all of them –and they were supposed to be expert fighters. Most of them still couldn’t even stand.
If Narissa ever competed for Regality Academy against Lunaris Academy, they were sure she’d crush the competition.

Back on the ship, the teachers were stunned when they got the report.
“Wait–what? A super strong girl on the island took out all our trainers and a tiger, huh? Are you serious?” one of them said in shock.
The security team listened, wide–eyed.
Those trainers were supposed to be some of the best in all of Rothialand. The idea that a student had taken them down so easily sounded insane.
“We need to find out who she is,” one teacher said, fired up. “If we really have someone like that on our side, we won’t have to worry about beating Lunaris Academy at all!”
