Chapter 64
Everyone was completely in the dark, having no idea who Narissa was talking about.
But Beatrice knew exactly what was going on. Her expression was cocky, but her eyes darted nervously.
Beatrice cursed inwardly, ‘Damn it!
‘How could anyone know about something so secret?
Just who is this girl?‘
Narissa lowered her eyes in thought for a moment, then suddenly acted as if she’d just remembered something. “Oh, right. I recall he has a famous celebrity mistress named Valerie Bax.”
The onlookers immediately started shouting when they heard the name: “Oh my god, is that the famous singer Valerie? She’s actually someone else’s mistress…”
“Don’t talk nonsense! Do you have any proof?” Beatrice shouted, her voice trembling with anger.
Narissa let out a low chuckle. “Of course I do. Your husband’s name is Solomon Harrington, right? You can look it up online.
“The Harrington family is famous for having a ton of kids, and honestly, the only reason they’re the third richest family is because their clan is just that huge.
“Plus, the Harringtons have always been into polygamy. So, tell me, which wife are you to Mr. Harrington?”
As soon as she said that, people around immediately whipped out their phones to look up the Harrington family.
They quickly found not just some of the family’s bizarre traditions, but also detailed info about Solomon.
It turned out that Beatrice wasn’t even his official wife. The notes even said that Solomon had twenty–three wives so far.
It was unknown how many mistresses he had.
A person said, “Oh my god, I can’t believe Solomon is so crazy. Twenty–three wives and that’s still not enough–he’s got mistresses too?”
Another asked, “Are all the guys in their family like this?”
Someone else said, “It’s just for having more heirs. Not that impressive. Didn’t emperors in ancient times have many wives Loo?”
A person said, “Look at her, dripping in jewels. I thought she’d married someone big, but turns out she’s just a mistress.”
Another person said, “Look at her. She’s not even good–looking. Rich folks really have some weird taste.”
Beatrice finally snapped and shouted, “Stop spouting nonsense!”
The crowd became more interested in this ongoing drama.
A person asked, “You’re ugly, but you don’t allow us to talk about it?”

Chapter 64
Another person said, “Yeah, at her age, her whole face is like that solely due to tech and heavy–handed procedures. Who even knows what she looked like before all that work?”
Everyone burst out laughing.
The nonstop gossip and jeers made Beatrice so mad she could practically spit blood.

Amanda, who had been fuming just moments ago, was now shocked and at a loss as she watched Narissa dig up so many secrets about these rich families.
She’d always thought Beatrice had actually married into the Harringtons and that they were a loving couple.
But in the end, it was all fake.
She was just another one of his countless wives.
With so many wives and mistresses, it was questionable if Beatrice could get her husband’s attention.
Beatrice was the center of all the pointing and laughter, and she was both furious and scared out of her mind.
Beatrice wondered, ‘Why does this girl know so much about the Harrington family’s dirty laundry?
‘Could she be connected to some estranged Harrington kid, or maybe she’s the family’s sworn enemy?
‘Looks like I messed with the wrong person. What am I supposed to do now?‘
The truth was, Beatrice was never even Solomon’s wife. She was just one of his many mistresses.
But since Solomon was loaded and generous, even his mistresses got a pretty hefty monthly allowance.
That was why Beatrice was able to show off her wealth in front of everyone.
“Hey, my sister just asked you which wife you are supposed to be. Cat got your tongue?” Cressida asked.
She didn’t care how Narissa knew all this; her first instinct was to stir up trouble for Beatrice.
“Or is it that you’re not even really his wife at all?” Cressida pressed.
“Alright, Cressida, that’s enough,” Amanda said, quickly pulling her two daughters away.
She was trying to smooth things over for Beatrice, not wanting to make an enemy out of her.
