‘I agree with you alpha. Jack is flipping out but Chloe is managing to keep him calm enough not to shift, but that’s not the worst bit‘ he stated with agreement, I knew he would back me up the entire way if I kicked them out. Actually I could hear his thoughts, he wanted me to and was actually hoping to sway my decision. Not that I minded, my decision was already made up and the last thing I wanted was for them to stay at the place I called my home.
“What could be worse than that?‘ I asked, not knowing what he thought would upset me more than the bastards wanting to not only move into my house but to stay there for weeks. I mean I knew that their house burnt down but it was getting re–built; they stopped being classed as a pack member of mine as soon as I heard what they did to my mate, to a child less than the age of a teen! They mean nothing to me!
‘You’re not going to like it, at all‘ he thought quietly, but I could sense how reluctant he was to tell me since his own disgust and anger over that whatever it was came through loud and clear. What could be bad enough to upset my beta in such a way?
“Tell me at this point I didn’t bother to hold back any of my alpha order, feeling his own wolf cave instantly making it impossible for him to hold anything back for me even if he wanted to. If something had happened to cause my normally relaxed and in control beta to feel such anger over a situation then it must have been bad, I wanted, no needed to know what the hell was behind it!
“They want Zoe punished, saying that she attacked their daughter without a good enough reason‘ he quickly got out, my furious roar filling the forest as I felt everyone in my pack shun back in pure lear at the sound of it. My wolf was furious, my previous sitting and relaxing form now pacing and circling my mate in a protective manner which was instinctual. How dare they think they have the right, the fucking nerve to tell me I had to punish me mate! I would kill them all before I even thought of doing such a thing!
I was brought out of my anger filled haze when I heard my mate whimper slightly, snapping out of it only to do the same when I caught sight of her shunned back form as she curled herself in as I circled her. I knew it wasn’t out of fear, I could feel that my mate didn’t fear me which I was so fucking thankful for. No, I could tell that she wanted nothing more than to come and comfort me but was trying to give me the impression of space.
Not wanting her to feel any doubt that I wanted her near me I quickly totted over to her, pressing myself against her as I repeating licked her coat in a comforting and caring manner, feeling her do the same to me as I did so. She was my life; I would kill anything that brought any harm to her. She was it for me now, I would be a shell of a wolf if I didn’t have her with me and I refused to put her in any

“Where are they?” I asked more calmly, my mates calming touch and presence helping me push back my anger as I concentrated on my angel as she pressed herself firmly against me, her wet and heavy tongue lapping at my ear causing my back leg to twitch in pleasure. th…god that felt so good…
“Who Stary’s parents?” he asked causing me to mentally sigh; who else would I be talking about?
“Yea‘ I replied, howling slightly in pleasure as I felt Zoe increase the pressure on my ear as I lowered my head so she could have more room to work with Fuck, it felt like pure heaven.
“Currently their at the park house, why?” he asked, clearly wanting nothing more than for me to go over and sort them the hell out. Well he wasn’t about to be disappointed.
“We’re on our way‘ I stated before I shut the link, trotting over to Zoe’s rear end as I gently nudged her back in the direction of the school, trying to ignore how feminine and musky she smelt in her wolf form. It was making my wolf go ballistic with the want to claim ber, the want to sink his canines into her throat as a warning sign that she was taken, that I would hunt down and kill all whoever harmed her in any way.
