Chapter 1
Logan’s omega was pregnant.
At their ninth anniversary mating, banquet, he brought her back to the pack and, with a calm demeanor, gave me some instructions:
“She’s picky about food, so you can’t repeat her meals. And she’s timid and needs someone to sleep with her. Pack your things and move to the guest
I didn’t argue. Instead, I picked up the suitcase 1 had already prepared and walked calmly toward the front door.
The housemaid tried to stop me, but he sneered and said:
“Let her throw a tantrum. She’ll be crawling back in three days, begging to get back inside.”
Hearing this, everyone laughed out load.
They even made a bet right in front of me, betting a million that I wouldn’t last the night without crying and begging Logan to let me back in.
But they didn’t know that the Maybach a man had arranged for me was already waiting outside.
This time, I was truly leaving.
Just as I was about to step outside the packhouse gate, Logan suddenly called out to me
“Amelia, leave your moonstone bracelet here. Sophie has been having nightmares recently.”
The bracelet was a keepsake from my parents..
Meeting my bloodshot eyes, his expression remained indifferent.
“Name your price.
How much was nine years of a miserable, degrading marriage worth?
I didn’t bother calculating.
All I knew was that the last time I rejected Sophie’s request for my ski goggles at the slopes, he had stripped me naked and left me on the mountainside.
I took off the moonstone bracelet and handed it to Sophie, saying to her:
“May your child be safe and sound.”
At these words, Logan, for the first time, gave me an out:
“Amelia, as long as you behave, my child will be your child.”
As soon as he finished speaking, Sophie’s bracelet suddenly slipped off her wrist and shattered.
When I saw her leg get scratched, Logan immediately picked her up in a princess carry and barked orders to the housemaid to call the pack doctor.

The panic in his eyes made the pack members smirk at me.
This situation, not only did they find it amusing, but even I found it laughable.
Last night, when my heart attack struck, Logan had been on his way out to watch the meteor shower with Sophie.
Even though I was foaming at the mouth and collapsed on the floor, he didn’t flinch as he stepped over my body.
Before I lost consciousness, I heard him instructing the housemaid:
“Disinfect the whole living room. Tomorrow, when Sophie comes home, she cannot smell anything unpleasant.”
Clutching the handle of my suitcase, I turned and tried to leave, but he coldly grabbed my wrist
“Apologize”
What…”
Before I could finish, he dragged me and forcefully pushed me to Sophie’s feet.
My Imee scraped against the broken moonstone, staining the white floor with blood.
Seeing the bloodstain, Logan looked disgusted and let go of me.

“You broke Sophie’s bracelet and hurt her. Shouldn’t you apologize?”
n’s Luma, the words “I’m sorry” became my dally mantra

Logan’s
I put too much cream in the pasta, sorry.
I disturbed him with a message because I was worried he’d feel sick from drinking, sorry.
I accidentally saw Sophie’s message inviting him to the hotel and violated his privacy, really sorry….
Biting down hard on the inside of my cheek, I forced myself upright and bowed deeply to Sophie.
After the third apology, I met Logan’s gaze and whispered:
“Is that enough?”
He stared at the blood on my lips, his chest visibly heaving
“Amelia, the former Alpha you relied on isn’t here, Who are you trying to show this disgusting, pitiful act to?”
Before I could respond, the pack doctor hurriedly arrived.
Shoving me aside, Logan led the pack–doctor to Sophie.
While Logan’s every thought and gaze were focused on Sophie, I quickly walked out the door.
As I stepped out of the villa, I heard two sharp honks.
Seeing the silver sedan waiting outside the iron gate, I quickened my pace.
But before the gate could open, two werewolves suddenly appeared and forcibly dragged me back to the packhouse.

Chapter 1
In the study, Logan bound me tightly, Instructing someone to insert a needle as thick as a child’s arm into my vein
Through the half–open door, I overheard the pack doctor telling Logan:
“Alpha Logan, both Luna Amelia and Sophie have RH panda blood, but Luna Amelia has a history of heart disease. Forcing a blood draw could cause acute shock. I suggest we take her to the hospital first, and then proceed with blood transfusion for the anemic Sophie.”
“Don’t bother persuading me.”
Loganspolo coldly.
“Your only job is to make sure Sophie recovers. As for the rest, I’ll handle it.”
Upon hearing Logan’s footsteps approaching, I slowly closed my eyes.
“Does it hurt?”
His voice, rarely laced with comfort, asked
“Just bear with it a little longer. It’ll be over soon.”
I turned my head away, too tired to argue.
After drawing Boo milliliters of blood, my lips had already turned purple.
At that mom
moment, Sophie, lying in the master bedroom, suddenly coughed.
Hearing this, Logan immediately stopped the pack doctor from pulling out the needle and demanded double the amount of blood be drawn
The pack doctor, sweating profusely, warned Logan that continuing this way could kill me.
After ab
a brief hesitation, Logan only said:
“Sophie is pregnant. She takes priority.”
Tinterrupted. “Just do it. Once it’s done, let me leave.”
Logan’s jaw tightened at my hollow tone.
Through the mate bond, I knew exactly what he wanted to ask
Was I really throwing a fit over something so trivial? Did I actually plan to walk out on him?
But Sophie, in a delicate voice, calling out “Logan-“immediately drew him away.
I woke up in the hospital, my vision swimming until it settled on Logan sitting by my bed, reviewing documents.
We stared at each other in silence before he wordlessly lifted a bowl of oatmeal, as if to feed me
I shook my head.
“I can do it myself.”
Quietly watching finish half a bowl of oatmeal, Logan asked:
“Do you feel unw||?”
I answered evasively:
“Could you please give me my phone?”
Perhaps because of my distant tone, Logan paused for several seconds before linking with the housemaid to have my phone delivered.
Glancing at the missed calls on my phone, Logan suddenly asked:
“Who’s been calling?”
He’d never cared before.
Suppressing my irritation, I answered flatly:
