Chapter 4 Linda Is Discovered and Captured by Rodrigo
Gianna took a deep breath.[]
She was afraid of being recognized and didn’t want to stay long.
Even less likely to agree to go to Newbarrow.[]

After she finished talking, Gianna turned sideways and walked past Rodrigo.
Rodrigo didn’t stop her, but he kept his eyes on her.]

And she always had this unique vibe about her, kind of like what Gianna used to have.

Rodrigo frowned. These past five years, he always thought of Gianna, thought of how she looked when she was seven months pregnant, and also thought about the kid. If she hadn’t gotten rid of the baby back then, the kid would be five by now.
Back then, he didn’t have much feeling for Gianna, but he never thought about divorce, and he also looked forward to having a kid.[]
Thinking about it, all the energy around Rodrigo just dropped.[]
“Rodrigo, this auctioneer had such a bad temper. How about we find someone else for grandpa? There were plenty of people in the world who knew about antiques.”
Rodrigo frowned, “There are plenty of people who know about antiques, but Grandpa wanted her. Kade, go check her out. I want all her info.“[]
“Rodrigo, why did you check on her, are you interested in her?” Paisley asked Rodrigo tentatively
After that bitch Gianna disappeared, she stayed with Rodrigo all the time, but Rodrigo never said he would marry her. Paisley was really anxious.[]
Luckily, Rodrigo was cold and indifferent, and he wasn’t interested in other women at all.
But today, the way Rodrigo looked at that auctioneer made Paisley feel a bit threatened.[]

Chapter 4 Linda 1x Discovered word Captured by Rodrig
Rodrigo wanted her to go back to look at antiques. They had been married for three years. Gianna knew well how strong willed Rodrigo was
He probably would come again. She showed up in front of him today. She didn’t know if he recognized her or if he would look into her.
Everything about her, her kid, Rodrigo couldn’t find out.[]
Gianna picked up her phone and made a call. The call was answered quickly, and a man’s low, lazy voice came through, “Hey, babe, what’s up?”
“Do me a favor, I think someone was checking on me, I couldn’t let him find out.“[]
With Gianna’s abilities, she couldn’t stop Rodrigo from checking up on her, but the man on the other end of the phone could.[]
“Okay.”
Just a simple okay, and Gianna knew he would definitely do it.
“The third time.“[]

Gianna didn’t know what he meant by this slow third time.[]
“This was the third time I helped you in the five years since we met, dear. If I help you five times, how about marrying me?”
The tall, well–built man on the other end of the phone leaned casually on the sofa, his bathrobe half open, showing off his perfect abs. He curled his lips carelessly, looking even more devilish than a demon.[]
Gianna shuddered all over, Let her marry a devil?]
That was probably something even scarier than Rodrigo.[]
“Not great, you helped me out, I made money for you, neither of us owed each other.“[]

“Rather than making money for me, I was more into you managing my money for me.”
“You’d better find a good woman to take care of your fortune, I’d just run off with it.“[]
“Heartless.”
Gianna hung up the phone, typed a message to ask her manager for two days off, took a deep breath and pushed open the office door, “Linda, mommy’s done with work, let’s go….Linda?“[]
Gianna looked around the room, but there was no sign of Linda.[]
And at that moment in the underground parking lot, the two little guys peeked out from behind a wall. Elliot sighed, quietly opened his laptop, and cleaned up Jacob’s mess.
Jacob drew on Rodrigo’s car, and they would definitely check the security cameras. If he got caught, he’d be screwed.[]

Rodrigo looked pissed and glanced over. He couldn’t write a single one of the seven characters, and got two wrong. It was obvious a kid did it.
“Sir, I went to check the cameras right away.“[]
“Hee hee hee…” a faint laugh came.]]
Rodrigo had sharp hearing. He looked up, and his eagle–like sharp eyes immediately spotted two little heads sneaking out from behind the wall
Jacob reacted quickly, “We’ve been spotted, Linda, run!“[]
“What? What is it?”
Linda got scared and jumped. When she turned around, her two brothers had already run far away.
“Brother, wait for Linda.“]
Linda was just about to run after them, but in her hurry, the edge of her cake dress got caught on something. Linda didn’t even get to take a step before–smack–she fell right to the ground.[]
The people behind had already caught up, there was no way to run. Linda lay on the ground, covering her face with her hands.

Linda put her hands down. Since she was being held up, she wiggled her little arms and legs and found she just couldn’t get down.[]
Linda looked at Rodrigo with wide eyes. It was the first time she saw her real dad up close. Linda blinked and found that her two brothers really looked a lot like their real dad.]]
Luckily, Linda was like Mommy, not like that ugly jerk of a bad Daddy.[]
Linda was thinking to herself, unconsciously tilting up her little face, making small expressions.[]
Rodrigo looked at Linda, and it was clear that she had a lot going on inside.[]
“Whose kid were you, and why did you draw on my car?”
Rodrigo’s voice was cold and had no warmth.[]
But Linda wasn’t afraid of him, she just pressed her lips together.]
