Chapter 6
Janet looked up and saw Helen not far away, wiping tears as she looked at the corpse of her little dog.
A sudden fury rose in her heart.
With a dark expression, she pulled her mother forward and spoke to Helen in an icy tone.
“What, stealing men isn’t enough for you anymore? Now you have to steal burial plots too?”
Helen’s tearful, delicate appearance froze for an instant, turning fierce upon hearing Janet’s words.
She bit her lower lip, as if she had suffered the greatest injustice.
“Miss Johnson, please make yourself clear. I just want to bury my dog. I don’t know how I’ve offended you.”
“Besides.”
Helen glanced at the urn in their hands, “Are you putting on another act to make Justin feel sorry for you?”
“You’re no better yourself.”
“What, don’t tell me your sister died.”
“I saw in the video she was quite enjoying herself. Stop playing these games.”

Hearing Helen’s increasingly offensive words.
Janet struggled to hold back the urge to slap her.
She chose to take a deep breath and called the manager directly.
After briefly explaining the situation, fortunately the manager was reasonable and immediately ordered Helen to leave.

“Miss, our company’s memorial park operates on a reservation basis. We can’t break the rules just for you.”
“If you’re in a hurry, I can have the staff show you some other locations.”
Helen’s face turned slightly green with anger. She glared at Janet, “Janet Johnson, how can you be so heartless? My dog died and you won’t even let me bury it.”
Janet carefully placed her sister’s urn into the burial plot. Without even glancing at Helen, she said, “The word ‘heartless‘ seems to describe you more accurately.”
Helen swayed with rage, then suddenly turned pale and fainted on the spot.
Before Janet could react, an icy, oppressive voice came from behind.
“Get that filthy thing out of the memorial park.”
Janet turned and saw Justin, his face anxious, rushing over to carefully pick up Helen.
She couldn’t help clenching her fists, nails digging into her palms.
She quickly blocked the bodyguard who was about to touch her sister’s urn, her eyes red as she looked at Justin.

“Justin, do you know who is in here?”
Justin stood tall, looking down at her coldly.
“Who? What does that have to do with me?”
“Janet, you keep causing trouble for Helen again and again.”
“Everything that’s happening now is your own doing.”
With that, Justin gave a signal.
The bodyguard immediately snatched the urn from the burial plot.

Then, right in front of Janet and her mother, he scattered the ashes onto the ground.
Mixing them with the dirt.
Mother immediately broke down in tears, lunging forward to try to gather
the ashes.
A bodyguard stopped her.
Another one, with malicious glee, stomped hard on the ashes several times.
Janet nearly collapsed from the shock, her eyes red and disbelieving as
she stared at Justin.
Suppressing the metallic taste in her mouth, she said word by word, “Justin, do you know whose ashes these are? This is my…”
“Your sister’s?”
Justin cut in with a cold sneer, his handsome features twisting in

mockery. “I knew you’d pull this kind of excuse.”
“That’s pathetic, Janet. Keep lying, and I won’t mind making it real.”
He strode off with Helen in his arms.
When the room emptied, Janet freed herself and sank to her knees, despair etching her face.
Trembling hands reached for her sister’s ashes.
But her fingertips met only bone–chilling cold.
